Hon. Prasanna Ranatunga is the current Minister of Urban Development and Housing & Chief Government Whip and former minister of Public Security and Tourism. He has been appointed as the Chief Government Whip on the 18th of April 2022. He was the 7th Chief Minister of Western Province, Sri Lanka.
