Sri Jayewardenepura Kotte, the administrative capital of Sri Lanka, is a growing transit city located midway between Borella, Nawala, Rajagiriya and Koswatta, linking the suburbs to Colombo. It’s strategic location, the presence of good infrastructure and the serene atmosphere has surged the development, both commercial and residential, in the area during the last few years.
This intended mix-used development integrates multiple uses such as offices, commercial, and Construction of 160 affordable residential units with following requirements and other ancillary facilities in the scope of works.

This is a conceptual design done by the USDA. However, the developer can propose any competitive design, fulfilling the USDA requirements and local guidelines.
This is only a conceptual design for the proposed location. However, the potential developer can propose a competitive design fulfilling the basic requirements stated by the Employer and adhering to the local guidelines.
The proposed design does not have to be limited to the existing design.
Price escalations will be provided as per CIDA indices
The Developer propose the selling price, no limitations from the USDA as the Employer.
The Urban Settlement Development Authority (USDA),which was established in 2008 by Parliament Act No. 36 of 2008, is an institution functioning under the Ministry of Urban Development, Construction and Housing. The formulation of national policy in relation to urban settlement development and ensuring implementation of such policy, along with the provision of improvements to the living conditions of people in underserved settlements, are the interconnected twin objectives of the establishment of USDA.
